Goji Juice: Suggested Consumption.

As a maintenance dose consume 30ml Merlin Natural Health Goji juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning followed by a glass of water and wait 30 minutes before eating breakfast. If taken during the day then consume 2 to 3 hours after your meal.
